From Citrus' myspace blog
I was up on the roof of Swallow Hill yesterday...moving water towards the drain so that the lake up there wouldn't come thru the ceiling and destroy the building, when I got a call from my sister.
My aunt Margaret is in the hospital. Failed kidneys and she is on dialysis until a donor and kidneys are found.
I think I have seen the woman three times since 1977....but if you follow my family history...you know that doesn't mean much. She is my TIA...in our family of 6 boys and girls stemming from Grandma and pa Compoz, we all had a SPECIAL aunt or uncle to take care of us...mine was Margaret...She did much do bring me up as the man that I am today. I may have lost her at the age of 7...but she did a LOT of work on me till then!
We saw each other on Cinco De Mayo...when we went to visit the grave-site of her mother and father....she didn't recognize me at first...but then...we both pretty much burt out cryin....cuz.. there really is a tight bond.
I hadn't seen her since then...and raced to the hospital just to hold her hand and tell her that I love her.
so now...not much to do...but hope and pray and visit and catch up.
